Press Release: JOSEPHINE LOUISE NEWCOMB HEIRS PRESS TO REVERSE LOWER COURT ORDER

NEW ORLEANS—February 22, 2007—Heirs of Josephine Louise Newcomb, founder of H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College, have filed a brief with Louisiana’s Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, challenging a lower court order that denies their request for a preliminary injunction.
