THE WAY – WHAT SHALL WE DO?
TFoNC and all supporters of the future of Newcomb College know that Mrs. Newcomb did intend for Tulane to maintain and develop Newcomb College in perpetuity for its stated purposes. We believe that THE WAY to enforce this obligation and reinstate Newcomb is to raise the funds necessary to appeal the trial court’s August 31st ruling, which determined that the Will does not include such a condition.
